The setting of the frequency range should be conform to the aim of the training. At the beginning about 10 HZ is used and it increases up to 50 HZ. The usual frequency of a new or used vibration plate is between 30 and 50 HZ. If you aim for a general improvement of the muscle function and want to ease strains it should be set on 10 to 20 HZ. If you want to have an effective muscle training by stimulating the muscles and nerves, a frequency between 20 and 30 HZ should be chosen. At this frequency the blood circulation is improved and pain is eased. The maximum vibration is at 6mm. Depending on the position of your feet, you can influence the vibration for yourself.
