During the workout, the Adaptive Motion Trainer (AMT) from Precor automatically adjusts to the size and needs of the user. It adapts the stride length and height. The length can be varied from 0 to 91 cm and the height between 17 and 25 cm. For even more flexibility, the resistance can be individually adjusted.
You can simulate running uphill, climbing stairs, jogging or powerful lunges. All this is made possible by the Open Stride function that Precor has developed for the new AMT model. Both aerobic endurance and the cardiovascular system as well as different muscle groups can be specifically strengthened. The combination of leg and simultaneous arm movement enables an effective full-body workout.
