The fitness studio group all inclusive Fitness is now embarking on an exciting new path: it is uniting the previous brands BestFit, jumpers fitness and all inclusive Fitness under a single strong brand. With an impressive 460,000 members and 136 studios, the company has ambitious plans for the future. By 2028, it aims to achieve market leader status in the premium value segment with 250 studios and more than one million members. However, the path to this goal is not only characterized by growth - strengthening the employer brand and a clear focus on employee recruitment are also essential.

Brand merger: a strategic step into the future
The merger of the BestFit, jumpers fitness and all inclusive Fitness brands will create a unified and strong brand that will enable the company to grow even more successfully in the competition between fitness studio chains. The aim is to expand the market position and benefit from the advantages of a strong brand identity in the long term. "From now on, we will stand out clearly and unmistakably in the market under the all inclusive Fitness brand umbrella - in the south and in the north, internally and externally, for our employees, investors and, of course, for our members," explains Stephan Schulan, CEO of the BestFit Group and all inclusive Fitness.
Rapid growth and clear ambitions
The figures speak for themselves: between January 2022 and January 2025, the company was able to increase the number of members by 145%, which is an impressive performance compared to the industry average. The number of studios also grew by 94% to 136 in the same period, and this growth story is set to continue under the umbrella of the new brand. Stephan Schulan emphasizes: "We want to play to our strengths even better and continue our successful course in a more focused way."
International expansion and personnel development
Growth does not stop at Germany's borders: By 2028, all inclusive Fitness is also planning to expand internationally. "We want to be at the top of the market," explains CFO Rainer Mast. But it is not just expansion that plays a role; employee recruitment and development are also crucial. "Strong, uniform brands are also more attractive to potential new employees than small, more local companies," says Schulan. The new brand identity should make the company even more attractive to new talent and motivate them to play an active role in the Germany-wide expansion.
With currently around 2,200 employees, an increase of 120% since 2022, all inclusive Fitness is already showing that it is on the right track when it comes to recruiting staff.
Rebranding and modernization of the jumpers fitness studios
From March 2025, the company will begin the physical rebranding of 47 existing jumpers fitness studios. Over the coming months, the studios will be given a new, modern look that appeals to members both visually and functionally. In addition to a fresh design, members can also look forward to investments in modern training equipment, such as strength and cardio machines, and improved facilities. Despite these changes, the contracts, prices and training offer will remain unchanged, so existing members will continue to benefit from the usual advantages.
A strong brand for the future
all inclusive Fitness is about to reach another milestone in its success story. With a clear brand strategy, a rapidly growing network and clear goals for the coming years, the company will play a significant role in the fitness market not only in Germany but also internationally. The merger of the brands, the continuous investment in studios and employees as well as the constant expansion make all inclusive Fitness an exciting company with a lot of potential.
