The ball-bearing lever arm is heavy-duty and ensures a smooth exercise sequence. The comfortable and ergonomically shaped shoulder pads provide optimum support. The wide standing plate with integrated standing area for standing calf raises allows variable foot positions. Angled weight plate holders hold the weight plates securely on the holders even without locks. The hook device for attaching resistance bands enables additional dynamic weight loading.
