The squat stand block from ATX® enables an optimized posture of the upper body during squat training. This wedge relieves the back and mobilizes the ankle joints at the same time.

The barbell can therefore be better balanced and stability during the up and down movement of the squat exercise is significantly increased. The squat block can also be used as a calf rocker or as a roll stopper for barbells.
