For the operators of the VACUFIT concept, there are extraordinary opportunities to combine passive vascular training with the active elements of the course for the benefit of customers
WEYERGANS - It is already well known that vascular health is important and is increasingly the focus of healthcare providers, health insurance companies and political bodies. Now the first §20 prevention course "Muscle and vascular training for preventive health care" has been available since the beginning of October. In the eight hours of the course, the various options for training muscles and blood vessels are put into practice in theory and practice. For the operators of the VACUFIT concept, this offers extraordinary opportunities to address new target groups and combine passive vascular training with the active elements of the course for the benefit of customers. Preventive healthcare 3.0, so to speak. The contents of the course are vein training, cardiovascular training, performance optimization, fascia training, regeneration, deep muscles, back and training planning. The different types of blood vessels play an important role in all topics and the VACUFIT concept can open up new possibilities here, especially for target groups that do not (yet) prefer traditional fitness training when it comes to health.
