Technogym has announced the launch of new on-demand workout content on its Technogym Live platform. The platform offers a wide variety of live and on-demand workout experiences.
Technogym's live video workouts are available on all console-controlled devices and the Technogym app. Under a freemium model, end users can access the ever-growing Technogym workout library in the gym, at home and on the go via the Technogym app.
Technogym has already produced more than 600 sessions in three different languages: English, Spanish and Italian. Technogym sessions are one-on-one workouts led by a trainer, each with a specific goal and intensity. During the workouts on the equipment, the machine interacts with the video content, responding to the trainer's instructions and offering the user different options.
In addition to the workouts, the Technogym Content Factory has produced more than 1,000 individual workout videos that form the basis of Technogym Coach. Artificial intelligence suggests new, customized workouts to each app subscriber.
The content is presented by Technogym Talent Coaches, a team of more than 30 fitness, boxing and yoga professionals from around the world.
