Every year, people try to work off their winter fat in the first few months of the new year. However, stars and celebrities always have to be "inshape" - they live from the beauty of their bodies. Hollywood celebrities such as Jane Fonda, Demi Moore, Julia Roberts and Clint Eastwood rely on the rapid effect of the new Power Plate to combat unwanted fat deposits, sagging contours and cellulite.

A standard training session with the Power Plate only takes around ten minutes and should be carried out twice a week.
