Life Fitness launches the Explore console and QuickNav dial, an advanced technology that simplifies the operation and use of cardio equipment. By simply turning and pressing the QuickNav control, the desired training options can be set. The Explore console is equipped with wireless internet and Bluetooth connectivity. Athletes can use the LFconnect app from Life Fitness to record their workout on their cell phone or tablet, customize it and synchronize other fitness apps with the cardio equipment. The Explore console is now available for treadmills, cross trainers, Lifecycle cycle ergometers, PowerMill Climber and FlexStrider from the Premium Elevation series.
