This means that more muscles are active when exercising on a vibration plate than when exercising on a solid surface. However, it is of course not enough to just stand on the vibration plate - you can't expect results that way.

The plate is rather a specific addition to a certain training program, only in this way you can use the full efficiency and effect of the vibration plate. Also important is the technical execution of the individual exercises, there is a lot of room for error here. Especially beginners should avoid the plate at first, the muscles first need a certain basic stability to really efficiently keep up with the vibrations.
