Life Fitness cooperates with the popular MyFitnessPal app. This allows over 65 million app users to link to all Life Fitness devices and measure calories for all workouts. Users can now link their Life Fitness LFconnect account to their MyFitnessPal account.
This new link allows MyFitnessPal users to accurately track their calories burned during workouts on Life Fitness equipment. From there, the data is automatically transferred to the MyFitnessPal app. Life Fitness calculates this data based on height, weight and workout intensity information.

The collaboration with MyFitnessPal also expands the range of health and fitness apps that can be synchronized with Life Fitness.
