On 31. March takesplace from 18:30 to 19:30 o'clock thee Webinar to the new further training ?Resilienztraining?, which begins starting from April at the IST institute .

Constant accessibility and increasing pressure to perform often turn everyday life into a stress test. For this a high measure of resilience, thus psychological resilience, is required.

Resilience training means focusing on one's own resources and accepting given conditions or unexpected changes in order to prevent a possible burnout. People cannot influence all external conditions. Therefore, the conscious handling of one's own psyche is important in order to be able to better deal with certain situations.

How you can do this and achieve satisfaction and psychological resilience, you will learn in the one-hour live presentation, for which you only need a computer, Internet access and speakers or headphones.
