You can get a weight station at home to perform many different exercises and not be dependent on the opening hours at the gym. Men and women can train with the weight station to build up and strengthen completely different muscle groups. You do not need additional weights, because the weight station is already equipped with weights that you can adjust.



What you should keep in mind when training with a weight station
You can train very different body regions with the weight station, it allows you to train numerous muscle groups. Since it is a machine, you are supported in your movement sequences, which is especially useful for beginners. Before you buy a weight station, you should inform yourself exactly about the different training stations and their equipment. To avoid training injuries, you should not do without a warm-up before training at the weight station. However, the risk of injury is relatively low on the weight station, unlike dumbbell training, because the movements are performed in a controlled manner. There is hardly any risk of performing the exercises incorrectly.

Training with the weight station - you can train these muscle groups
The more generously equipped the weight station is, the more exercises it allows. Such extensively equipped equipment has its price, but you do not have to buy additional equipment or go to the gym. You can train different muscle groups in a targeted manner:

  • Chest muscles
  • Back muscles
  • Shoulder muscles
  • abdominal muscles
  • leg muscles.

For the training of the chest muscles you can perform the butterfly training and the chest press, both in a sitting position. If you want to add more variety to your workout, you can also use a barbell bar or dumbbells. Several weight stations have a flat bench that can be adjusted in inclination for these exercises. However, you should only bring dumbbells into play when you are already advanced in your workout and have already built muscle.
If you want to strengthen your back muscles at the power station, lat and rowing pulley are available for this purpose. With this equipment, most of the back muscles are already used during the workout. You can use the lat pull of the power station in front of and behind the head. With the cable pulley and the different grip types of the power station you can stimulate different muscle groups of the back. The workout can be varied with a height-adjustable flat bench and you can also add a barbell bar.
You can train the shoulder muscles with shoulder and side raises; for this you can use the cable pulley, to which you can attach different bars and handles. Shoulder presses are possible with an additional barbell bar or with dumbbells.
The power station is suitable for training the abdominal muscles, you need a lateral cable pulley and a height-adjustable flat bench. You can perform crunches and sit-ups at the power station.
For training the leg muscles, you perform leg extensions and leg curls at the power station. Again, you can use a barbell bar for more variety.
