LES MILLS - Group fitness classes are an important success factor for studios.
This is confirmed by a recent Nielsen study commissioned by LES MILLS. More than half of all German studios surveyed rated classes as an important factor for their business. 49% of studios named fun and motivation as the most important contribution of group fitness, followed by member retention (40%). More than a third also stated that they gain new members as a result.
1,003 fitness studios were surveyed, including 202 in Germany.
