Life Fitness is again offering trainers new seminars in the Hammer Strength Clinics training series in Germany, Austria and Switzerland starting in July. Renowned experts such as Marc Rohde, Benjamin Heizmann, Martin Zawieja and Christian Thomas will share their experience and knowledge in the field of athletics and strength training in professional sports and demonstrate their methods in practical workshops. For more than 25 years, coaches from different sports have been able to further their education and expand their network at the Hammer Strength Clinics.
