Life Fitness selects the world's best personal trainer in Barcelona in October: The long-established 
is hosting the final of "Personal Trainers to Watch 2015".
Life Fitness is hosting the grand live final of the international "Personal Trainers to Watch" (PTTW) competition at the David Lloyd Club Turó in Barcelona. On Friday, October 30, the top ten personal trainers will compete against each other to determine the winner.
David Lloyd is Europe's leading operator of health, sports and leisure centers. Club Turó in Barcelona combines state-of-the-art training conditions with an impressive history: it was founded in 1905, inaugurated by King Alfonso XIII and designated a royal club in 1911
. Today, it offers its members first-class equipment, including the Life Fitness FlexStrider and PowerMill machines and the SYNRGY360 training system.
Using these and other Life Fitness equipment, the PTTW finalists' training techniques will be judged by a panel of top fitness experts.
"Club Turó is proud to host the final event of the fifth edition of PTTW," says Michelle Dand, Health and Fitness Manager at David Lloyd. "Personal trainers have a key role to play in providing our members with an enjoyable and successful workout. That's why we want to celebrate the industry elite and we look forward to welcoming the global top ten."
Personal Trainers to Watch, in partnership with top international fitness industry associations, recognizes the coaches who embody quality and passion for professional workouts. The nominees are judged on their commitment to the success of their clients and their dedication to continuing their education in order to provide the highest level of training. Other criteria include leadership, motivation and inspiration.
"Since the competition began in June, we have received hundreds of nominations from around the world," says Chris Clawson, President of Life Fitness. "We look forward to rewarding the top trainers with a trip to Spain and participation in the ultimate competition." All finalists will travel to the elimination event. They will also be credited with a training quota from the Life Fitness Academy and enjoy international recognition. The winner will also receive 5000 US dollars in prize money.
Anyone can nominate exactly one personal trainer they would like to see at the top of the profession at www.lifefitness.de/pttw2015 until July 15. Life Fitness is organizing the "Personal Trainers to Watch 2015" competition in cooperation with leading global fitness organizations such as the International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals (ICREPS), EuropeActive, the Life Fitness Academy and the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
