Africa. A breathtaking continent. Deserts, steppes, jungles and fitness. Fitness? Yes, that's right. Safaris, the Big Five and tropical coasts - yes! But fitness? You don't necessarily associate this area with Africa. But that will change from October 26 to 28, 2018, when the FIBO Fitness Business Summit South Africa comes to South Africa for the second time. Last year, the event already visited the African continent. This is a further continuation of the internationalization of FIBO.

Why Africa?
FIBO continues to look for new ways to explore different fitness markets and introduce them to the rest of the world. Five years ago, it started doing so in Asia, or rather in China. This turned out to be a complete success and was followed in the next few years by North America with the USA and Africa with South Africa. Many people, when they hear Africa, of course first think of the flora and fauna, the safaris and felt 365 days of summer a year. But Africa has a lot to offer in this area. Modern gyms have also arrived in South Africa. Of course, there are fewer of them than in our country, but they can be seen more often in the big cities. It is a market that has a lot of potential and brings with it a new world with many opportunities. For established, but also start-up companies, there is a great opportunity to develop.
