FIBO 2020 postponed to the second half of the year

FIBO, the world's largest fitness, wellness and health trade show, which was scheduled to take place in Cologne, Germany, in April, will be postponed until the second half of 2020 due to developments regarding the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus.


"This is not a decision we made lightly; our customers, partners and FIBO team have worked incredibly hard on this event. While it is disappointing to postpone the event, it is imperative that we prioritize everyone's health and safety. Our goal remains to provide the best value for all FIBO exhibitors and visitors," says Silke Frank, Director of FIBO Global Fitness Events.

Reed Exhibitions, as the organizer of FIBO, trusts that the decision to move FIBO to the second half of the year will allow the show to take place under safe conditions . In the coming weeks, they will communicate intensively with customers and partners to keep the global fitness world of FIBO on track. Currently Reed Exhibitions together with Koelnmesse is looking for the best available dates in the second half of the year.

Each year, FIBO brings together more than 1,000 exhibitors and approximately 145,000 visitors from 135 countries in Cologne, Germany.
