ELEMENTS – a lot of space for efficient training with personal advice, a well-thought-out functional training area, a completely electronic-controlled strength training circuit and a high-class wellness area. The course program contains among others Aqua Power, Abs, Thighs and Buttocks Power Boxing, Capoeira, Hip-Hop, Iron System™, Pilates, Qigong, Step and Zumba. Participating in the new Free Floating Aerial Yoga, the members are floating using specially developed elastic cloths. Another new kind of training is fascial fitness. The new course Function Fit trains athleticism, strength and trunk stability in different functional exercises. Educated trainers are elaborating a suitable training program using modern performance diagnosis which as well can be used to do regular performance tests.
