On September 24, CyberFitness, partner of statutory health insurers such as BARMER or AOK NordWest, is hosting the largest yoga event in the German-speaking region. A hybrid event is planned: a mixture of online and live event. Participants can expect a day full of intensive, holistic exercises, meditations, expert presentations and Ayurvedic cuisine. Virtual classrooms at gyms will also be incorporated.
The CyberFitness Yoga Summit is an event for beginners and professionals, yoga fans and the curious. The event will take place at the CyberFitness studio site and will be streamed live to approximately 10,000 living rooms and numerous classrooms at fitness studios. Partners on board for the event include AOK NordWest, Foodspring and the Sports Place gym from Münster.
Yoga instructor Jenny Hößler and CyberFitness athletic director Tom Dederichs will lead through the day.
"We see ourselves as a digital health companion. This yoga event is an important step in bringing our ideas and concepts of a healthier, more balanced life to the people. But above all, we want to spend a good time together with our participants and members. We will focus on a colorful, integrative mix of powerful, flowing movements - always in harmony with proper breathing, mobility, flexibility, meditations and musical interludes that will stimulate the imagination and energy of the participants. We assume - conservatively calculated - at least 10,000 participants. And we're excited to see what happens when so much positive energy, so much joy in movement and love for yoga come together."

The program includes yoga sessions, lectures, yoga theory and cooking together. The event will conclude with an Ecstatic Dance session, a party with yoga influences and free dance movements to special, energetic music, for which tickets can also be purchased separately.
A 20-person crew of cameramen, directors, audio and event technicians, and IT specialists will be responsible for the live technical broadcast.
Online participation costs 14.99 euros, for CyberFitness Premium members participation is free. On-site participation in Münster costs 99 euros.
