Hamburg-based EMS entrepreneur Carsten Pachnicke will present his completely revamped 25MINUTES concept at FIBO, at the schwa-medico booth.
The new 25MINUTES is characterized by the smart health system and the completely redesigned interior. The workout is smartly controlled and tracked via an app that records all personal parameters and takes goals into account.
The previously required cables are no longer necessary. Workouts can take place in the gym and complementary at home, outdoors or on the go while traveling. The gym was designed by star architect Giorgio Gullotta.

Carsten Pachnicke relies on a combination of new technology, even more individualized offerings with personal training in small groups as well as hybrid training outside the studio and a feel-good atmosphere designed by star architect Giorgio Gullotta in the style of a modern Hanseatic rowing club.
25MINUTES relies on SYMBIONT from schwa-medico
Carsten Pachnicke discovered the Tec Suit and SYMBIONT from schwa-medico two years ago. The EMS entrepreneur was convinced by the data tracking on a medical level, which picks up the trainees at their daily, individual performance level and enables the best possible training design, as well as the Tec Suit, which is an all-in-one wearable, smart and mobile.
According to Carsten Pachicke, this enables business models that were previously neither conceivable nor feasible: whether in the studio, outdoors or, in the future, at home.
Hybrid growth in the near future
The 25MINUTES- SMART-HEALTH-Training is so far only available at eleven selected locations in Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt and Bielefeld.
Carsten Pachnicke is already working on solutions here, too. On the one hand, he is counting on careful Germany-wide expansion under his own direction, and on the other hand, he is expanding the digital training options and the partner network with "25MINUTES-"Rockstars", as he calls the independent trainers.
