Women's fitness studio for sale in Hamburg including EMS devices

I am selling my Lady Fitness studio including an eXio fitness circuit (4 years old), cardio machines and 2 Miha Boditec EMS machines. The equipment circuit includes a chip card function and software that can record and analyze the training content.

The studio is approx. 200 square meters in size. It consists of a fitness room in which the equipment is located, a classroom in which EMS training currently takes place and another small room in which massage is currently offered.

There is a changing room with lockers and 2 showers.

An installed locking system allows members to enter and use the premises outside of opening hours.

In addition, body measurements can be taken at regular intervals. My own rehabilitation club is currently included in the studio, so that rehabilitation sport is offered.

The studio is centrally located in Hamburg.
