EMS Personal Training Studio

The EMS Personal Training Studio is an established, licensed health company and can continue to operate with the system. It provides active support in all marketing, sales and personnel areas. As the owner, the company is still managed individually and personally.

Our clients appreciate the professional, successful and personal training support provided by our personal trainers. The special atmosphere and discretion. You train with 1:1 or 1:2 support.

For personal reasons, I am forced to sell the studio and pass it on to future owners. The team currently consists of 5 employees. By possibly taking over the staff, the daily training routine can continue as usual and turnover / profits will continue to be generated. The costs are fully covered and a customer base exists.

The studio has a total size of 83m2. This is divided as follows:

1 office fully equipped with relaxation area for clients / employees

1 shower with prefabricated shower cubicle, utensils and washing machine

1 kitchen area with utensils, fridge

2 changing rooms with utensils and lockers

1 WC

Counter area, lounge area with associated equipment, body measuring station with In Body and training area with two EMS training options.

In addition, a company car can be leased. This makes it possible to look after clients and companies/BGM out of town.

The studio is located directly in the center (pedestrian zone) and there are plenty of public parking spaces all around.
