Simply start your own business with a long-standing EMS studio

I am looking for a successor for my long-standing EMS studio in Freiburg i. Breisgau (founded Nov 2013). Independent, not a franchise or licensed company. A good opportunity to become self-employed without the initial hassle of making a name for yourself and generating customers.

Attractive, central and well-frequented location, a parking space directly in front of the studio, free parking for customers approx. 50 m away (P&R).

Approx. 100 sqm, 4 changing rooms, 2 showers, small office, two toilets. The beautiful bright training room (approx. 50 sqm) invites you to do sports. A small seating area and a height-adjustable bar table with computer (membership management program/calendar from Premium Planner) are available. The rental contract can be taken over without any problems.

In use is the proven XBody system (purchased Dec. 2020) with 7 beat suits (2x 3er/4er/5er and 6er vests each and 1x 7er vest with matching arms) and the corresponding pants (1x 2er/2x 3er/2x 4er/ 2x 5er/ 2x 6er and 1x7er). There are also 3 Actiwear so that three people can train at the same time.

The vests hang on a stand attached to the wall and the spray-in table at a good working height is also attached to the wall.

The vests are sprayed with an EMS sprayer/water tower with LED (purchased in 2021)

Everything is fully functional and can be used immediately.

Members: the studio has a regular customer base that has been loyal for several years (approx. 115-120 members)
