Flat benches are part of the basic equipment in every gym. Classic flat benches can be combined well with various equipment, racks and rigs and thus ideally support the trainee in a wide range of exercises

Wide padding for maximum support

The flat bench from runnder impresses with its particularly wide surfaces for supporting the exerciser's body. Optionally, the training bench is available with a footrest. The special frame shape ensures maximum stability. The bench is compatible with dumbbell bars from 180cm length.
