Bench for training the lower part of the chest muscles. The foot holders are adjustable for proper position and the wide supports allow comfortable grip and release of the bar. It can be adjusted flat to accommodate more exercises. This bench has an emergency support for the bar (throat lock) to prevent the bar from falling in case of user difficulty. Made for professional use, it has a very good stability guaranteed by the frame structure.
