The ATX® Flying Pull-Up Ladder is a very popular extension for our ATX® RIGs. Equipped with four pull-up bars, you can choose between three variants depending on the situation. As with the ATX® RIG system, two widths are available (115 cm and 185 cm grid dimension with 4D uprights), each with 32 mm bars, or with 48.5 mm fat bars in 185 cm width.
Training on the ATX® Flying Pull-Up Bar requires strength, speed and explosiveness. In addition to the well-known flying pull-ups, climbing exercises and pull-ups are also usually performed. Furthermore, gymnastic rings, suspension trainers and resistance bands can be attached and used for training.
The ATX® Flying Pull-Up Ladder therefore offers a wide range of possible applications and is easily expandable and customizable.
As standard, the Pull-Up Ladder is supplied as a set with four rungs, which are usually arranged at an average distance of 40 cm. It is of course possible to install the rungs at other distances if required. Spacings from 20 cm are possible, with an adjustment grid of 5 cm. Additional pull-up bars can be ordered separately if required.
Another option is to attach one or more ATX® Rope Holders (item no.: ATX-SRH-B4), to which resistance bands or suspension trainers can then be attached, for example, which has the advantage that the pull-up bars remain unused and can be used to their full extent. Using the Mounting Set Climbing Rope (article no.: RIG-4.0-CROPE-MSET), punching bags can also be easily attached to the cantilever arms of the Pull-Up Ladder.

The ATX® Flying Pull-Up Ladder can be attached to the RIG or rack at the desired height and then has a projection of 104 cm from the front edge of the RIG posts. The height measured from the top screw connection is 83 cm or 80 cm above the top edge of the RIG posts when screwed in the highest position. The inclination of the Flying Pull-Up Ladder is set at an angle of 45°.
The entire construction is extremely stable and can bear loads of up to 400 kg.
The ATX® Flying Pull-Up Ladder is made of 80 mm x 80 mm x 3.0 mm profile steel tube. The Pull-Up Bars are made of 32.0 mm x 4.0 mm round steel tube, and the Fat Pull-Up Bar is made of 48.5 x 2.6 mm round steel tube. The screw-on flanges of all components are made of 10 mm thick sheet steel.
The hole grid has a center-to-center distance of 50 mm and a drill hole diameter of 21 mm, suitable for 20 mm screw and plug-in connections.
The manufacturing process using laser cutting and robot welding guarantees consistently high product quality.
The robust powder coating has a finely textured surface that provides sufficient grip and hold.
The ATX® Flying Pull-Up Bar is supplied as a set, including black galvanized, 20 mm thick screws and two ATX® Logo Plates that can be easily clipped into any suitable position on the profile tubes of the cantilever arms.

ATTENTION: The ATX® Flying Pull-Up Ladder is only compatible with ATX® 4.0 RIG system parts and ATX® racks from the PRX-800 series.
Important safety instructions for exercises with climbing ropes and gymnastic rings!
The RIG must always be firmly bolted to the floor.
In the fall area, attachments such as J-hooks, safeties and dumbbell racks must be removed from the RIG. The area under the pull-up ladder must be clear.
Always use fall protection mats!
All components are powder-coated in - black RAL 9005
