The ATX® Monolift makes every workout much more comfortable and safer. The benefits of the ATX® Monolift are so convincing, especially for fundamental exercises such as squats, bench presses, incline bench presses and neck presses, that you won't want to do without it.

Just like a simple J-hook, the Monolift is clipped onto the ATX® Rack or RIG of the 800 series at the appropriate height and secured with the safety bolt. When a barbell is placed in the catch hooks, they swivel forwards a few centimetres away from the rack and bring the barbell into the starting position. Now you move into the training position and as soon as the barbell is lifted, the two lever arms swing back and release the barbell for training. It is no longer necessary to bring the bar forward, as is usual for bench presses, for example, or to take a step backwards for squats. Instead, you can start the exercise immediately. There is enough space to train comfortably, and the sophisticated geometry of the catch hooks makes it possible to put the barbell down again comfortably and safely.
