In a 2-day workshop in July, vegan professional chef Ingo Jäger will show how vegan gastronomy concepts can be implemented profitably.
The IST-Studieninstitut was able to win professional chef Ingo Jäger for a 2-day workshop on vegan cuisine. He will demonstrate the many possible uses of vegan dishes, explain contemporary preparation methods and present a well thought-out calculation for successful implementation.
The workshop will take place on July 4 and 5, 2016 in the IST learning loft and costs 198 euros per person.
