Both are usually independently adjustable and allow for a wide range of exercises. Again, both surfaces are padded and the base frame is, in most cases, made of steel.   3. Weight bench accessories: There are various extensions and accessories for the weight bench. Especially often you see the extensions abdominal trainer and biceps curl machine. These two can be attached to the weight bench via a device and allow further training variations. There is also the triceps dipper and the Pec-Fly extension.
