The equipment series milon Q is another important step of the innovation leader milon for electronically controlled strength endurance training. The digital strength-endurance circuit impresses with its elegant design, simple operation, the latest technologies, intuitive user guidance and playful motivation of the user. The high-quality mechanics and the soft reversal points enable flowing movements that are individually adjusted via the computer-aided training data. "Training with a Smile" - more motivation through gamification
With the new series, milon focuses on fun as well as the natural play instinct of humans and therefore integrates gamification elements into the training, which are intended to motivate and inspire exercisers in a playful way. The user guidance was inspired by the human smile. For example, there is the pendulum function, where the pendulum line bends into a smiley face the harder the user smiles during the force test presses.
"On fitness equipment, people almost always train according to cyclical, or recurring, sequences of movements," says Toni Bittner-De Grandi, who helped develop the new digital training system. "We want to use the novel pendulum concept to surprise exercisers, spur them on with cognitive-coordination challenges and thus make cyclic movements more fun."
But it's not just the smiling smileys that are meant to motivate users during their workouts - there are even more little rewards hidden in the Q-Series to help exercisers stay on the ball and make progress. There are various motivational icons, for example, including the fairy dust that trickles across the display when an exercise is performed perfectly.
