SYNRGY BlueSky - LifeFitness brings workout under the open sky

4 Ratings

For many, it's the killer argument against going to the gym during the summer - sweating indoors while the sun is shining outside, that's no fun.

The fitness equipment manufacturer LifeFitness now provides a remedy and simply shifts the training outside. With the new SYNRGY BlueSky training system, they offer an ingenious alternative to indoor training.
The outdoor system is modular and can be assembled individually. The five different stations can be combined into many configurations with six connecting modules. The manufacturer also provides already 15 pre-configured options in different sizes.

For gyms, this new equipment offers a great way to turn their outdoor space into a usable workout area. The areas that were previously mostly used for a few recliners, coffee tables, or benches are not really put to good use, and the training system, which is reminiscent of a climbing scaffold, integrates it perfectly into the daily routine of the gym.

Frau beim Outdoor Training

If you go by the YouTube video of LifeFitness at the FIBO this year, the SYNRGY BlueSky is a super way to train together in a group with a high fun factor.

LifeFitness advertises their novelty not only with the possibility of outdoor training but also with the robust construction and durability of the product, which is supposed to be guaranteed by the powder-coated, galvanized steel. Another plus point is the exercise posters attached to the device. These are equipped with QR codes that guide the user to special workout videos.

Furthermore, there are a variety of workouts that can be completed on the SYNRGY BlueSky:

- Push-ups-
Rowing-
Step-
Leg lifts/Dips-
Abdominal

.

These exercises can be varied in intensity, depending on the level of performance.

The various connection options have created a whole range of other training possibilities:

- Pull-up station-
Cargo net short-
Arch ladder-
Monkey bar-
Cargo net long-
Traverse

.

We are excited to see if and if so, when you will start to see this new training equipment in the studios. Our thumbs up - we would love to train in the fresh air.
