Under the title of “Professionalism meets NewMedia” the seminar which will take place on 18th and 19th June in Willich is to open new ways of customer attraction by intern and extern measures. Participants furthermore have the possibility to get to know the new highlights of easySolution and myFitApp.
On both days, the focus is on “new media” as tool and chance for gyms as well as the basics of member support systems, among others to increase the conversion rate and minimization of the fluctuation rate. On Thursday evening (18th June) a joint BBQ of all participants offers the chance of networking and building up new relationships.
