Udo Münster takes over management of the training equipment manufacturer and system provider
Emersacker, September 15, 2014 - milon industries GmbH has made a new appointment to its management floor: Udo Münster is now the new CEO of the German training equipment manufacturer and system provider. As CEO, the 52-year-old shares overall responsibility for the company with Stefan Pufe, who continues to serve as commercial director (CFO).
Udo Münster will also remain managing director of milon alpine AG, based in Cham (CH). As part of Münster's appointment, milon alpine AG will also become a wholly owned subsidiary of milon Holding GmbH.
"In recent years, I have been able to contribute significantly to milon's success in Switzerland and Austria. Now I am looking forward to shaping milon's future beyond Switzerland. The market for training and health solutions
offers numerous opportunities for brands with innovative ideas. milon Care is a good example here. The software solution is a core element of our milon concept. It optimizes training plans, allows exercisers to reach their goals faster, improves communication, and is thus a central guarantor of quality care. However, technology alone is not the key to success, but rather the focus on the needs of the customer. Udo Münster is a marketing and sales expert with many years of practical experience in leading positions. Among other things, he was Managing Director of the Swiss company Völkl International AG. In 2007, he took over the business and sales management of the then miha International AG, and from 2008, with his own company, also took over the distribution of milon products and concepts in Switzerland and Austria. In 2012, he transformed his company into milon alpine AG.
Udo Münster succeeds Richard Hauser, who wants to take on a new professional challenge after four years in the management of milon industries GmbH.
