"In my search to offer my clients solutions on the way to their goals of better health, less weight or more performance, I came across the Metacheck. The first questions I asked myself were: does a DNA analysis of the metabolism really work? Is it possible to derive diet and training recommendations based on this that work?
I therefore first undertook an intensively monitored self-experiment and critically examined the scientific basis.
My own test showed that I am an alpha type. Following the plan led to a significant improvement in my heart rate variability (HRV) and better regeneration. I also felt fitter, needed significantly less sleep and got up feeling more rested. Many of my clients want the same. I therefore decided to offer my clients the Metacheck.
I am still happy about this decision today, because the Metacheck was and still is a perfect fit for my portfolio and my clients, who include executives, housewives, extreme athletes, German champions and people with sometimes massive weight problems. For all of these target groups, I now have a good opportunity to offer the topic of nutrition even more professionally than I already do. After all, a diet according to a plan is an important building block, especially for overweight people, but I have found with my clients that the mental attitude is even more important when implementing the plan. The Metacheck allows me to create great synergy effects with my other fields of activity, because a well-considered goal and a suitable plan are an almost 100% guarantee of success. In coaching, I take care of the mental attitude and behavioral change and the Metacheck provides the appropriate nutrition plan. In training, I then incorporate the findings for sport and a new life can begin. So far, this approach has been a success. Every client who has stuck to the plan so far has felt the positive effects and celebrated great successes. I look forward to continuing to offer the Metacheck to my clients and to offering them the best for body, mind and soul. The Metacheck will therefore remain in my portfolio and is a valuable building block for a healthy life."
