Freeletics GmbH | Freeletics opened its first fitness park at the end of October, opening a new chapter in the company's history. The self-financed Munich-based start-up is known worldwide for its digital fitness apps, which are now used by more than 20 million registered users, according to a statement.
Now, for the first time, the company has modernized a fitness trail and handed it over to the city of Berlin. This means that Berlin's largest outdoor training park is once again open to everyone. The equipment on the fitness course in Monbijoupark had become so popular among Berlin's recreational athletes in recent years that it was badly worn and had to be completely renewed. In a construction period of only seven weeks, the area was equipped with high-quality stainless steel equipment and a seamlessly grouted fall protection floor as well as a 20-meter sprint track. The nearly 400-square-meter park was designed by Freeletics, making it perfectly equipped for all athletes.
