Update-Tool für TrainerIFAA GmbH | With the new online platform www.ifaa-online.de personal trainers, fitness and group fitness trainers can regularly refresh their knowledge and get new ideas for exercises, course sequences and small group workouts. Trainers can choose from twelve different course formats and workouts to date - all well-founded and license-free. IFAA Online offers complete group fitness courses on the topics of "Pilates", "Yoga", "BodyToning", "Functional Back", "Power Dumbbell", "Mobility" and "Step" as well as "i25 Workouts". These offer modern 25-minute small group workouts on current topics such as "Mobility", "HIT", "Performance Trainer", "Functional Back" and "Core".

Updates are available every three months and with each update the trainer receives a complete workout or course as a movie to download including instructions, variations, etc., a video sequence with teaching content, tips, tricks, technique tips, cues, teaching skills, etc. and the entire course is presented on a DIN A4 page.

The courses and workouts are developed and presented for IFAA Online according to the latest scientific findings by renowned experts such as Christiane Reiter, Mathias Naujocks, Jutta Schuhn, Anette Alvaredo, Marcel Kuhn and Steffi Rohr. This gives the trainers ideas from different experts.
