Maybe you're one of those people who are still conditioned to their gym teacher's whistle when they hear the word circuit training. But circuit training is not only a popular method in the classroom to form a Prussian elite unit out of a slacker class, also in the gym the method has not become obsolete. The milon equipment circuit shows that it is not only timeless, but modern and above all fun.
But we don't have to tell you that, because we have compiled some testimonials from exercisers for you.
This is what exercisers say about the milon equipment circuit:
"Honestly, I think the circuit is very good. The fact that you only do each machine for 60 seconds - apart from the endurance machines - makes it quite varied."
"I have been working out with the milon circuit for about two months and I really like it. I notice that muscles are building and the body is slowly changing, i.e. it is getting firmer and stronger. After all, the good thing is that you finish quickly and don't have to spend a lot of time."
"I've been training with the milon circuit since the beginning of August now and so far I've lost 12 kilos without any real dietary changes."
"I highly recommend this milon circuit! Equipment training was always so terribly boring for me. Our gym has been offering this milon circuit for some time now - and I think it's great! Two runs in less than three quarters of an hour - very entertaining AND successful! There are regular training checks carried out by the studio and I, as well as everyone I know personally, have had great experiences with the milon circuit and have lost weight and toned the body. So: highly recommended!"
Statements like these from people who have had experience with the milon circuit illustrate the effectiveness of the training.

How does the milon circuit work and what makes the training so efficient?
The art of the milon circuit lies in improvisation and that is no coincidence. Because the former GDR wrestler and today's head of sales and idea generator behind the milon circuit, Mario Görlach, wanted to optimize his training, he started designing the equipment himself already in his active days.
Today, state-of-the-art technology and electronic resistance take the place of archaic home-made training equipment, but the idea has remained: efficient training. This is particularly easy thanks to the chip card operation and the machines adjust the resistance steplessly and automatically, which further optimises circuit training.
Technically, it really works just like in school: you start on one piece of training equipment and after a short time move on to the next without a long break.
Each machine isolates a single muscle group or a few connected muscles, but the connected machines in the strength circuit or strength-endurance circuit give you a comprehensive workout. And even unpopular muscle groups are trained in this way.
Instead of dawdling for a long time, a concentrated session of 35 minutes (twice in ten days) is enough. In addition, there is a nearly infinitely variable resistance and training via concentric (exerting force while lifting) and eccentric (exerting force while lowering) devices, which makes the One Unit in the milon circuit even more efficient.
Good experiences thanks to a lot of variety
As the experiences of those who train show, circuit training can also be fun and work. The milon circuit can help to remove the daily grind from visits to the gym and instead bring variety and effort into the workout.
By the way, the small village of Milon west of Augsburg has only about 1,400 inhabitants. The fact that the name is so well-known in the hotly contested fitness segment despite such a small origin only goes to show that you can achieve great things with a little circuit training and a lot of ambition.
