milon, market leader for electronically controlled training, presented forward-looking solutions for the networking of hardware, software and services as well as the digitalization of the entire fitness and health industry at this year's FIBO.
The five digital modules milon CARE, BeN, milonizer 2.0, Coaching Zone and Lead Management were presented, which are designed to bring added value to operators, trainers, exercisers and fitness and physio professionals on the way to the digital #SMARTCLUB.
A special highlight was the visit of extreme athlete Joey Kelly, with whom milon launched the new #WIR POSTEN UNS FIT campaign at FIBO. The cross-studio fitness initiative is aimed at the 1,500 studios where milon circuits are used, as well as all of the approximately 10,000 fitness facilities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The initiative's first project will be a selfie contest in May to win trial memberships, a trip with Joey Kelly and 100 annual subscriptions for people who can't afford to work out themselves. The aim of the campaign is to make stationary health training more popular.
milon can look back on a successful FIBO 2016. Udo Münster, milon CEO, says: "The atmosphere at our stand was just great. It was also a record FIBO for us in economic terms. I am pleased that so many existing and new partners share our view on the topic of digitalization: Man before machine. Only when data and technologies are harnessed in this sense does the studio become a #SMARTCLUB. Our goal is to optimally support our partners on this common path."
