Already on the first day of the ECSS Congress in Essen, there was a great deal of interest in the concepts and pneumatic technology from HUR. In particular, the jump measuring plate, the balance test system and the new dynamic performance measurement on the HUR training equipment were particularly popular with visitors.
Sports scientists from all over Europe met here for the 22nd time. From July 5 to 8, the motto was: "Sport Science in a Metropolitan Area". This year's topics ranged from the broad spectrum of inactivity to intense physical stress, the trend towards individuality in lifestyle, especially in large cities, and physical activity. The scientific audience gathered information in various plenary discussions, lectures and symposia.
