Bodystreet strengthens teamwork - employees from the franchise headquarters work in the franchise partners' studios
A good team is defined by regular exchange and intensive and open cooperation. To achieve this, close contact is necessary, which must be actively encouraged and promoted. This is why Bodystreet has launched a special project - "Emma Day".
Anyone entering the Bodystreet franchise headquarters in Munich on July 1 will notice that the aisles are emptier than usual. However, no one here is treating themselves to a relaxing day off: just like last year, the first day of July will see the launch of Bodystreet's "Emma Day", named after Bodystreet founder Emma Lehner. All 18 employees at the head office will spend a day supporting the work in various studios. They will carry out EMS training, provide support and advice to customers and have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the franchise partners and their teams.
Each of the 220 Bodystreet studios will host an employee from the head office on "Emma Day". It will be decided by lot who will visit where.
The "Emma Day" is not the only measure Bodystreet is taking to promote the exchange of experience among all franchise partners and employees and thus strengthen the team. The ERFA conference, which takes place twice a year, has also served this purpose for several years. "Every participant takes a lot away from such meetings, we learn from each other," says Managing Director Matthias Lehner. "The meetings also promote a sense of community and identification with Bodystreet. And that's exactly what makes us special."
