The premium provider ELEMENTS is now using the MetaCheck Power with immediate effect. In future, all experts in the studios will use the innovative DNA test. This will enable even more individualized training planning and support.
The MetaCheck Power test, which is carried out in the studio by the consultants, is used to determine the muscle fiber type composition, training volume and training intensity as well as the individual regeneration capacity, among other things.
