Visual training for athletes
Visual training is important for athletes, as it allows them to train their ability to react, timing, anticipation and hand-eye coordination. It can also improve spatial perception, speed estimation and the ability to fixate. Visual skills are particularly beneficial for top athletes, as the majority of all errors in sport are caused by visual misjudgements.
Visual training devices from DynamicEye including the so-called "Fitlights", can be purchased at fitnessmarkt.de!
