These expand the range of exercises once again and can also be used in addition to the dumbbell.

But if your fitness means something to you and you like to train quite simply at home, then you need two dumbbells and some weight plates. The number of possible exercises is huge and you'll quickly find that you can make huge leaps even with quite a few simple exercises.
