Today's life has accelerated enormously, we work more and have to be constantly available. At the same time, we also want to have enough free time, meet with friends and experience something. And somewhere we also want to fit in the fitness class, which often doesn't work out and the sport then comes too short. The solution for this is: Cyber Fitness or Virtual Fitness! This new trend is currently conquering the studios, because with the virtual training concepts, studio members are independent and flexible in terms of time, as they are no longer bound to course times. And also the studio operator profits from it!

CyberConcept: The world of virtual fitness

One provider of cyber fitness is CyberConcept GmbHwhich has made this new form of virtual training socially acceptable. CyberConcept is an enrichment for every fitness studio and especially for smaller studios with limited budget a worthwhile acquisition. If you as a studio operator offer virtual courses, you can save a lot of personnel costs. Where you would otherwise need a personal trainer, CyberConcept brings him or her directly into the class room via beamer, flat screen or online stream. In this way, 200 courses (classes) per week are possible - and without any personnel!

So how exactly does Cyber Fitness work? An instructor demonstrates and guides all exercises to participants from a screen or monitor. The instructor gives tips and motivates the participants - and the whole thing is accompanied by rousing music and booming bass. CyberConcept offers four different course concepts: CyberCrossing, CyberCycling, CyberMoves and CyberRowing. From training on the cross trainer via indoor cycling dance classes, popular courses such as abdominal, leg and buttocks Pilates up to virtual Rowing - CyberConcept has just the right thing for every taste!

In our magazine you will learn more about the four concepts we would like to introduce to you one by one. Today we start with part 1 of our CyberConcept series, CyberCrossing!

CyberCrossing

With a 70 percent market share, the cross trainer is the most popular endurance fitness machine among Germans; no other machine is used more frequently or more readily in studios. Understandable, because the crosstrainer involves the entire body in the motion sequence and is also gentle on the joints due to the flowing, round movements. Not only can endurance and musculature be trained on the cross trainer, but also coordination skills. Such training is a lot of fun and also highly effective.

CyberCrossing is the world's first virtual training for the cross trainer. Participants are motivated by the personal trainer and guided by him via screen while listening to inspiring music. The classes can be designed flexibly and individually. Each user starts his or her course independently and can also freely choose the length (30, 45 or 60 minutes) and the level of difficulty (1 to 3). Thus, no one is dependent on course times to which he has to rush after work, but conducts his training whenever he wants. CyberCrossing is suitable for all target groups: whether beginner or fitness professional, young or old. By choosing different courses and difficulty levels, everyone can participate in the training.

Once programmed, CyberCrossing runs day after day. There is no need for staff to operate it. CyberCrossing is ideal for modern gyms, hotel sports studios, company sports facilities and professional sports clubs - and your studio too!
