During the German U17/U19/U23 Championships in Munich-Oberschleissheim, the contract between the German Rowing Federation and equipment supplier Concept2 was extended. The focus is on the provision of equipment - sculls, oars and rowing ergometers. rowing ergometers - for the German national team in the current Olympic cycle as well as the organization of the German Indoor Rowing Championships.
"We are delighted that we have been able to extend our partnership with Concept2. The DRV has been working very successfully and reliably with the outfitter for years," said General Secretary Jens Hundertmark, pleased with the signing of the contract. "Without Concept2's commitment, it would not be possible to hold the German Indoor Rowing Championships, for example. But the support and provision of equipment is also enormously important for us at many other events, for which I would like to express my sincere thanks. I am sure that we can still achieve a lot together."
André Rathje from Concept2 is also looking forward to further cooperation. "We are happy to support the German national team with our products. We advise on the right choice and help with fine-tuning. Feedback from the athletes is very important to us. This is the only way we can constantly work on making our products even better."
