Aqua Ropes at the Swiss Olympic Medical Center

4 Ratings

Aqua ropes - training ropes are now increasingly being used in gyms, crossfit boxes, freestyle areas and for outdoor training. Materials, weight grades, lengths, processing etc. have a significant influence on the swinging behavior of these ropes. The new Aqua Ropes have an integrated double-reinforced tube and weigh between 4 and 12 kg (can also be filled with 0-8 kg of water or granulate). They enable training for every fitness level. The water makes the rope easy to move, even with additional weight, so that the fun of making waves is not lost despite the increased effort required.

Professionals everywhere are now working with the varied Aqua Ropes: competitive athletes and physiotherapists, including Balbir Singh of Formula 1 fame, as well as the Swiss Olympic Medical Center for rehabilitation use them. But the ropes are also used for off-season build-up training, where weak points and general fitness factors are worked on.
