The milon back circuit belongs to the so-called themed circuits, i.e. those circuits that have specifically set a focus. The back circle is important for almost everyone, because back pain is part of everyday life for many of us. Too much physical passivity, too much time spent in a bent-over posture in front of a computer screen, and perhaps even a physical predisposition such as scoliosis - all of these result in an aching back, but can be improved through supportive musculature. That's why the back circuit also addresses very different muscles in the back, using six different machines to do so, all of which work with milon's chip card system .
A strong back from neck to rump - the machines in the back circuit
milon refers to training in the back circuit as training the dorsal chain, i.e. that vertical chain of muscles that straightens and stabilizes the back. To do this, six machines are used in the back circuit that train the back in ways that may not be immediately obvious to you.
In the Lat Pulldown, you pull weights in a semi-circle to your flank; this movement primarily challenges your latissimus. This broad muscle provides the V-shape in the upper body and strengthens the upper part of the back.
In the Leg Press you complete a classic leg press, but with an increased angle. In addition to the thighs , you must also use the lower back over the buttocks, just at the last moment of the extension.
The Back Extension is something like a reverse crunch, stretching the back in the direction of the hollow back. This movement is ideal for building the supporting muscles of the lower back.
The Adductor is again an exercise for the legs that uses the back as a stabilizer . You will probably feel the effort especially close to the spine. During the exercise itself you bring your legs together, the adductors are the inner muscles on your thighs.
During the Butterfly Reverse you contract your shoulder blades, analogous to contracting the pectoral muscles during the Butterfly. This primarily trains your trapezius, the muscles that are most noticeable when you have neck pain .
The rotator completes the last of the equipment in milon's back circuit, here you clamp the upper body firmly and rotate the lower body against resistance. Hereby you train especially the lateral back muscles.
Prevent back pain compactly
The six machines in the back circuit provide you with an easy and quick way to strengthen your back and thus go through everyday life sustainably stronger. But you shouldn't wait until it's too late to use the machines in the back circuit if you're experiencing pain . After all, the best treatment is prevention.
