With a total length of 183 cm and 7.5 kg total weight, this bar is ideal for use as a training barbell / technique barbell, youth or ladies barbell. Consisting of a 28 mm thick aluminum bar and chrome-plated steel holders Ø 50 mm with ball bearing pivot bearing, this bar is excellently balanced and can be loaded up to a maximum of 65 kg.
The extra-grip knurling with 2-fold grip width marking ensures safe and professional handling.

Failure to comply with the specified load limits and application areas may result in damage to the dumbbells!
In this case, exchange and warranty claims are excluded!
