Product description:

• The weight plates are made from a high-quality, fine-pored cast iron core and coated on the outside with a robust rubber coating that has been tested in accordance with the latest REACH standards and certified as free of harmful substances.
• The surface of the black rubber discs is coated with a durable, high-performance vinyl film. This can be customized with your desired motif, such as a company logo or creative design. Four-color printing ensures that the design is clear and durable.
• The discs have four ergonomic handles with anti-slip relief for safe and professional handling. The handle hubs are designed to enable quick lifting from the ground.
• The weight plates are impact- and scratch-resistant, protect the floor and minimize noise when setting them down.
• The inner ring made of stainless steel with a diameter of 50.8 mm is flanged in one piece and guarantees a tight fit as well as quick and safe loading and unloading on suitable dumbbell bars and holders.

Ordering and design process:

• A one-off handling and processing fee of €60 is charged for personalization, regardless of the quantity per order.
• To design your individual weight plates, we need a good quality print file (preferably 3000 x 3000 pixels). You can download a print template as a PDF and use it for your design.
• Our graphics department is on hand to help you refine the design. You will receive the design by e-mail for approval before production.
• Your individually designed weight plates will be produced and delivered within 3 weeks of approval of the print file.

Available weight and size options:

• Weight classes: 1.25 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg
• Diameter: varies from 190 mm to 450 mm depending on weight class
• Thickness: from 20 mm to 51 mm
• Maximum motif size varies between 182 mm and 290 mm, depending on the weight selected.

Note: The weight sizes 1.25 kg and 2.5 kg are generally supplied without a logo motif.
